In our personal opinion, headwear has a marketing potential that hasn’t been exploited enough. Hats remain visible when a T-shirt can be covered with a jacket, for example. Simply put, a person with a logo on their head is a walking ad. A uniformed staff gives a sense of professionalism. Not only will your customers think of your business of being more professional, but your employees will feel it as well. Personalised workwear is an extension of your brand and an embroidered cap will add something extra.
We always recommend using embroidery on hats instead of screen printing, simply because it looks better, but we can do both. Much like wholesale T-shirt printing, the bigger an order is, then the cheaper (or more expensive) some techniques will be. In the case of hat printing, it will get cheaper the more units you order while embroidery will get more expensive (we're talking about hundreds of caps). But if you need to customise very few items - let's say five - then the price relation will be very different.
Simply put, the more you order then the lower the price per unit will be and the less cash you will spend in the long run. Not to mention that the quality of all your units is guaranteed to be the same since they will all be produced within the same timeframe. It is also worth noting that the time spent when ordering in bulk is less than when ordering the same items separately. Also, most people don't know that ordering in bulk reduces the emissions of CO2 as there is less transportation involved.
Choose the delivery service that best adapts to your situation: Either 'Standard' which has a turnaround of 5 to 10 days or 'Express' which can deliver in 2 to 4 days. Stay on top of your order thanks to notification emails and the tracking system of the chosen courier. As soon as your garments leave our warehouses, you'll receive a message with all the information. Deliveries are made on weekdays from 9 am to 7 pm, but flexibility and Saturday deliveries may also be possible depending on order details.
