Ordering

What is the minimum order?
20 garments or £200 excl. VAT, whichever comes first. This applies across all our printing techniques including screen printing, DTG, DTF, embroidery, and sublimation.
How do I place an order?
Fill out our quote form or call us on +44 (0) 204 578 9383. You'll get a response within 30 minutes from a dedicated Printing Expert who will guide you through the entire process.
Can I order samples first?
Yes, we can arrange samples. Contact your Printing Expert to discuss sample options, including blank garment samples and print samples so you can check quality before committing to a full order.

How much does custom printing cost?
Pricing depends on garment type, quantity, and printing technique. T-shirts start from ~£8/unit for bulk screen printing. Get a free quote for exact pricing tailored to your project.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Our quotes are all-in: garment + print + delivery. No setup fees, no screen charges, no surprises. The price we quote is the price you pay.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes, the more you order, the less you pay per unit. Orders of 500+ can save up to 50%. Check our pricing guide for quantity break details, or request a custom quote for your exact volume.

What printing techniques do you offer?
We offer screen printing, DTG (Direct to Garment), DTF (Direct to Film), embroidery, sublimation, and more. Each technique has different strengths depending on your design, garment choice, and order size. Your Printing Expert will recommend the best option for your project.
What file format do you need for artwork?
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and PSD files. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred for screen printing as they scale without quality loss. Not sure about your artwork? No problem — send us what you have and we can help prepare it for production.
Can you match my brand's Pantone colours?
Yes, we offer Pantone colour matching for screen printing to ensure exact brand consistency. Just provide your Pantone reference numbers and we will match them precisely. This is especially important for corporate clients who need brand-accurate results.

🚚 Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2–7 business days. Express turnaround is available in as little as 48 hours. Exact turnaround depends on the printing technique, order size, and your location. Your Printing Expert will confirm timelines with your quote.
Do you deliver outside London?
Yes, we deliver UK-wide with tracked couriers (UPS, FedEx, TNT). We also ship to Europe and internationally. Delivery is included in all our quotes — no extra charges at checkout.
Is delivery tracked?
Yes, all deliveries are fully tracked and insured. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched so you can monitor it every step of the way.

Do you offer design services?
We provide free digital mockups and proofs for every order. If you need design help, your Printing Expert can advise on layout, positioning, and colour choices to make sure your printed apparel looks its best.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Yes, every order includes a free virtual proof so you can approve the design, placement, and colours before we print. We never go to production without your sign-off.
